SHOP TERMS
WARRANTY & POLICIES.
Working draft for owner review. Nevada-specific legal review is recommended before relying on these terms.
Diagnostics and estimates
Diagnostic time and testing may carry a separate charge. Estimates are good-faith projections; final invoices may change when hidden damage, additional faults or revised parts costs are discovered. Additional work requires customer authorization.
Authorization and deposits
Work begins only after customer approval. Special-order or performance parts may require a non-refundable deposit. Customer-supplied parts may be declined and may not receive a labor warranty.
Labor and parts warranties
Any labor-warranty term must be stated on the final invoice. Parts warranties are governed by the manufacturer or supplier. Performance parts, competition use and modified systems can affect reliability and factory coverage.
Tuning and road testing
Tuning performed by a third party remains that provider’s responsibility. The customer authorizes reasonable inspection and road testing when necessary to diagnose, verify or quality-check approved work.
Storage, cancellation and pickup
Cancellation or rescheduling terms may apply once labor or parts have been committed. Storage fees may apply after notice when a completed or abandoned vehicle is not collected. Balances are due before release unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Inspection findings and liability
An inspection reflects visible and testable conditions at that time and is not a guarantee that unrelated components will not fail. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the written repair authorization.
Photography and privacy
Vehicle photographs are used for diagnosis and documentation. Public marketing use requires separate permission. Uploaded photos, contact details and project information are used to respond to the request and manage the work.
Payments and refunds
Accepted payment methods should be confirmed before work begins. Completed labor is not refundable. Parts returns, refunds and restocking charges depend on supplier rules and whether the item was special ordered or installed.
